BRINE SA is looking for experienced Technology Workstream Lead – Supply Chain Distribution for our client in Basel.

Key Responsibilities & accountabilities

Develop and execute comprehensive strategies
Oversee the integration of multiple technologies ensuring seamless interoperability and optimal performance.
Manage project timelines, resources, budgets and promote a culture of continuous improvement
Stakeholder Engagement
Proactive Risk Management
Quality Assurance

You Should Have:

Technical Expertise in technological transformation programs, with a proven track record of successful implementation and integration.
Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools, with experience in managing large-scale, complex technology projects.
Strong leadership skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (oral and written), knowledge of German is an advantage
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges as well as strategic thinking
Experience in Stakeholder Management
Experience in Change Management
Familiarity with regulatory requirements and standards relevant to the pharmaceutical industry, ensuring compliance in all technology implementations.
