Recruitment Consultant for Permanent Placement/ Recruitment (Ref: RE2831)

Your tasks:

• Support our customers by recognizing their wishes and putting them in touch with their desired candidates in various branches of industry
• Drafting advertisements with subsequent selection of applicants
• Conducting interviews and obtaining references
• Preparation of candidate dossiers
• Social media recruitment of specialists
• Support for our customers on site and in the business premises
• Maintenance and further expansion of the candidate pool
• Further development of the customer base

Your competence:

• You have professional experience in recruitment and/or personnel consulting or have sales experience, e.g. in the field
• Technical or commercial training (EFZ)
• You are a dynamic personality and have strong communication skills
• Experience in an office, in sales or in the field
• Technical understanding or affinity with t Technical professions
• Sales flair with a charming manner
• Personal characteristics: service-oriented and self-confident with a high degree of determination
• Language skills: Stylish German (mother tongue), French (business fluent), good English (B2),
• Good MS Office skills
