BRINE SA is looking for experienced Program / Transition Manager for our client in Switzerland.

Job Purpose/ Role:

Lead end-to-end IT integration programs, including planning, execution, and transition management
Oversee multiple project streams to ensure alignment with overall business and IT strategy
Act as a key interface between IT, business units, and external stakeholders
Identify risks, manage dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies
Monitor program performance, budget, timelines, and KPIs
Ensure seamless change management and user adoption across the organization

You Should Have:

Degree in Engineering, Energy, Information Technology, or related field
Proven experience in program or transition management within large-scale IT integration projects
Strong background in the energy and/or engineering industries
Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills
Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented working style
