Bio QA Project Manager (m/f/d) (Ref.Nr. KR3017)

Brine SA is looking for Bio QA Project Manager for our Client in Wallis .

Job Purpose/ Role:

The Bio QA Project Lead is accountable/responsible for proactively managing projects/initiative/deviation as Project Lead and/or Team member.

Major Accountabilities:

• Act as change manager, lead project team, develop, shared best practices cross Bio teams
• Contribute to harmonized / standardized KPI’s definition
• Use harmonized / standardized KPI’s to define improvement initiatives and action plan
• Deploy company culture and code of conduct
• Ensure compliance to applicable regulations (cGMP, EHS, SOX, ISO)
• Identify and report to QA Project Lead Manager potential new project/initiative
• Drive assigned projects/initiatives/deviation
• Follow Bio SC PMO framework
• Ensure target achievements (scope, time, quality, cost, benefits)
• Identify key roadblocks and drive decision process
• Escalade deviation to Line Manager and PMO
• Create SOP’s, WI’s and trainings documentation, train relevant impacted roles
