Bioprocess Engineer USP(m/f/d) (Ref.Nr. LA3228)

BRINE SA is looking for experienced Bio Process Engineer for our client in Wallis.

Job Purpose/ Role:

• Ensure that operational activities for clinical and/or commercial manufacturing are performed on-time and within given safety and quality standards
• Act as the functional lead for preparation, manufacturing execution, cleaning and changeover in the assigned area
• Lead of one or more defined USP areas (e.g. seed train, main cultivation or harvest) for the production of therapeutic proteins with either mammalian or microbial expressions systems (Bioprocess Engineer USP)
• In charge of one or more defined DSP areas (e.g. capture, polishing or filling) for the purification of therapeutic proteins from either mammalian or microbial cells (Bioprocess Engineer DSP)
• Responsible for entire processes or process units for clinical and commercial manufacturing projects in therapeutic Bioconjugates like Antibody Drug Conjugates (ADC) (Bioprocess Engineer Bioconjugates).
